Isaiah Collier
Out of Chicago’s vibrant jazz scene, multi-instrumentalist, composer, curator, activist and educator Isaiah Collier presents Collier Plays Coltrane in celebration of the centenary of John Coltrane’s birth. Widely regarded as one of the most compelling saxophonists of his generation, Collier has built a reputation for work that bridges a respect of the jazz tradition and fearless innovation, whether leading his own projects, performing with Angel Bat Dawid’s Brotherhood, or collaborating with artists including Chance The Rapper, Wadada Leo Smith III and Junius Paul.
