Alongside a glittering session career (Paloma Faith, David Byrne, Paul Weller, Morcheeba), piano player Dom Pipkin is a regular visitor and featured performer in New Orleans – having made the music of this magical city his lifelong study. His live appearances include the New Orleans Jazz and Heritage festival, European festivals and 1000’s of club and theater, radio and TV dates. Radio 2 presenter and piano star Jamie Cullum says “I can’t hold a candle to this guy”. Dom appears here on solo piano with a mix of his own songs and New Orleans blues classics.
